We will use your personal information to provide you: our Services, namely the descriptive-environment features of the Riley app; Services updates; administrative communications; and any formal notices required by law.

Non-personally identifiable information includes general details about your device and connection (including the type of computer/mobile device, operating system, web-browser or other software, language preference, and hardware); return data from Watson; general information from the app store or referring website; the date and time of visit or use; and, internet content provider information.

D. Non-Personally Identifiable Information: Use

We use your non-personally identifiable information and behavior to analyze usage statistics, improve our Services, provide quality assurance testing, and address service-related issues.

2) Protecting Personal Information

A. Access to Personal Information

Normally, your personal information is only internally accessible, in relation to providing the Services. We reserve the right to disclose personal information to a third-party service provider when necessary to provide the Services. These third parties will be bound by confidentiality agreements not to disclose your personal information. We also reserve the right to disclose your personal information to protect our rights, comply with state or federal laws, judicial proceedings, or a court order. This includes: sharing information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.

B. Use in the Event of Acquisition

In the event we merge with, are acquired by another company or entity, or sell the corresponding assets to the relevant Services, we reserve the right to transfer your information to that new operator without notice.

C. Do Not Track Signals

Some technologies, such as web browsers or mobile devices, provide a setting that when turned on sends a Do Not Track (DNT) signal when browsing a website or app. There is currently no common standard for responding to DNT Signals or even in the DNT signal itself. If you use any technology that requests that we not track your web browsing, our Services will not track your browsing habits.

D. Use by Minors

By using our Services, you confirm you are either 18 years or older or using our Services with the prior, express permission of an adult parent or guardian. To be clear, we do not intend our Services for children under the age of 13.
